Work Experience & Internships at Truly Sopel
Are you a student, graduate, or creative soul looking to gain hands-on experience in fashion, retail, and running a small business? At Truly Sopel, we offer work experience placements and internships in our boutique studio and shop in the heart of Frome, Somerset.
This is a chance to step inside a working lingerie label and boutique, and see first-hand how an independent fashion brand comes to life.
What You’ll Be Involved In
Placements are varied and can be tailored to your skills and interests. Tasks may include:
- Assisting in the studio with sewing, trimming, and finishing touches
- Helping to prepare for workshops and events
- Supporting day-to-day shop duties, styling displays, and welcoming customers
- Getting behind-the-scenes insight into branding, social media, and creative marketing
- Learning what goes into running a small fashion business from start to finish

- School and college students looking for work experience
- University students seeking a creative internship
- Anyone with a passion for fashion and textiles, who’d love to learn more
