We are based in Frome, Somerset and feel lucky to have a studio and shop in the heart of the town’s conservation area along beautiful Catherine Hill. Visit us this market day at number 23, POOT Emporium. The shop will be bursting with garments from our creative collective of designers, makers and vintage buyers. Outside the cobbled hill will be lined with suitcases, prams, benches and wheelbarrows filled with inspiring products made by the traders themselves.
“It’s at this time of the year I feel particularly excited as the Frome Independent takes off again for another season, on the first Sunday of each month. It’s a great way of meeting new customers from further afield and a good platform for launching our new collections in the shop. As I work in the shop most market days, I like to get up early and head straight for the market yard flea for the vintage stalls, grabbing a coffee on the way” says Truly
The first market of 2015 is tomorrow and we have been busy creating our new range for Truly Knickers, PONTZ boxers and of course our women’s wear limited edition range. Floral cottons dominate the collection in a mix of chalky pastels and vivid bright tones. We are very excited to see the reaction from shoppers to our Sindy Doll dresses that match the adult range (See our previous blog post).
